Why Give Online?
Convenience - Today, most people prefer to handle their financial matters online. Whether it be paying bills, making investments, or depositing paychecks people enjoy the convenience of online banking. We wanted to provide online giving for those families, individuals, and churches who are partnering with us. Of course, you can still give via cash or check if that is your preference.
Consistency - By setting up recurring giving it helps you and the church manage cash flow. If you are out of town, snowed in at home, or just really forgetful your giving will still continue to be faithful.
What payment methods can I use?
Our system allows bank account transfers and the use of credit/debit cards. Allowable credit/debit card companies include Visa, Discover, and MasterCard. While we always encourage people to stay out of debt, we wanted to make your giving experience as easy and flexible as possible.
Is online giving safe?
YES! Our online system is managed by BluePay. BluePay's wide range of merchant credit card processing solutions and security features comply with PCI standards, meaning that they maintain the highest standards of payment security to keep your information safe. In addition, every piece of information you provide is encrypted with 256-bit SSL, which means it can't be spied on by anyone else.
Can I sign up for recurring giving?
Yes. The first choice you make when signing up to give is whether you want to make a one-time or recurring gift. You will then have the option of choosing to give monthly, every two weeks, or weekly. Additionally, you will have the option of choosing when to end your recurring gift schedule.
What if I want to change or cancel a recurring gift?
When you give for the first time you will create your own unique username and password. This will allow you to save time in the future by having all of your information saved, will allow you to make any changes you need, and allows you to view your giving history.
How will I know if my gift was processed?
As soon as your online gift is processed, whether a one-time or recurring gift, you will receive an email receipt to the address you provided when you signed up. In addition, you will receive a year-end contribution statement for tax purposes as required by the IRS for 501(c)3 organizations. This statement will be mailed to the address we have on file, so be sure to keep that information up to date in your online giving account.
Are there other ways to give?
